Which villas are for sale?
Two models. Villa Palmera: 190 m², 3 bedrooms, private pool and spa (10 villas). Villa Corales: 237 m², 3 bedrooms plus a staff room, a pool with jacuzzi and a BBQ area (3 villas).
Do the villas have a private pool?
Yes. Every villa has its own pool on its own lot, and the community also has a social area with a shared pool, a ranchón and a terrace.
How big are the lots?
Each villa sits on its own lot, from 608 to 1,227 m² depending on the villa. The whole community covers 12,135 m².
What is the payment plan?
A reservation holds your lot and locks in the current phase price. Then you pay a 20% down payment, 40% during construction and 40% on delivery of the finished villa.
When will prices be released?
Prices rise in phases as the villas are sold. People on the waitlist receive the launch phase prices first.
Who designs the villas?
The architecture is by Delsax: coral stone, lattice walls, wood and high ceilings designed for the Caribbean climate.
